In Notho, I dropped a nuke on 1862.613, It flew over a lvl 9 warship, 3 lvl 9 defense turrets and a low lvl CT.  My battle log shows that it only took out 1 defense turret at ground zero.  I've never experienced such a failed nuclear attack.  Is it possible that the warship and turrets weakened the bomb that much??
