Not sure if this was answered elsewhere, but is an enemy capitol considered a "base" or a "sector"? That is, if I launch an air attack at an enemy capitol (jets, bombs, missiles), can I destroy it just like I could destroy an air, naval, or land base? Or would the attack not do anything at all?
