It looks like Gallimi is no longer accepting new countries.

When you attempt to create a new country it say: "Error: A spawn point could not be found in the time allotted"

The script gives up after a certain period of time so that the browser doesn't reach a time out condition.

The problem is that the distance specs were chosen based on larger maps, so I adjust them to take the world size into consideration.  If you continue getting the message, please send me a note and I'll switch the world to allow players to select a starting location.
