I am the leader of the Borogov Brotherhood of Nod and i cant send invites to people... obviously on Borogov. Im not sure what the deal is, but its been like that for perhaps a few weeks, but i've ignored the issue up until now. Im not sure what the problem is to blunt
nah... i wish that was the issue. its been like that since i believe the beginning. i was making all my friends from other maps send in requests cuz the invite button is missing.

When I view your alliance page, I see a "Request to Join" link in the menu to the right. That means your alliance is not set to be invite-only.
If you visit the Settings page, you'll see an option at the bottom labeled, "Users must be invited to join." Enabling this will change the alliance to invite-only, which will then display an option to "Invite Users" in the menu.

woah... i feel dumb... -__- i thought i could send invites even while having it open to requests
