How do you invite players to join your alliance?

on the main screen, click on alliances, then on your alliance, then you will have the option on the right I think...

tried that already but there is no such option, and i kow how to accept a treaty, but not how to request one.

Is there a way to eject someone from an alliance?  I know that it can be done as I was removed from one, but I can't for the life of me figure out how.

I believe that you are clicking on the message board of your alliance.  You need to be at the list of all alliances.

I think at this point, you ask Johnny if you want someone to be kicked out, and he does it manually.

anyone who has made an alliance should have the power to kick.
