you see your enemy placing troops at the same time you are. It has happened about two or three times to me before. One of the latest was Majunga with Supreme Ruler. Did you see my troops dropping too? Good ol interactive games. :)

I had a thing with an enemy I won't bother to name here, but we both stayed up late to wait and place our troops, until eventually I would either stay up to late and fall asleep before placing moves, or I would run out of time.
