I have a treaty that expires in 1 day, so if i set my attacks today will they work or not at the end of the turn tonight?

it would be helpful if someone could answer this tonight for me tonight please, thanks!

If I recall correctly, your treaty does not expire until the end of the daily cycle tonight. Any attacks you set today would still adhere to the treaty.

Correct.  Treaties are expired after attacks are processed.

Basically, as long as the treaty is still listed, then it's still in place.  If it's over, it won't appear in the list.
