I tried this game out for a few days after seeing a Facebook ad. It's kind of neat, but the micromanagement involved is way too much for me to keep up with on a daily basis. So I've resigned.

The continuous attacks and cloned attacks help but there is still a lot of unit purchasing to do an moves that can't easily be automated.

I don't know if anyone else might already have suggested this, but perhaps you could try some games with an every-other-day or even weekly schedule. That would be more attractive for someone like me who doesn't have time to log in and execute strategy every day. Not to mention being a bit more accommodating of things like holidays and vacations.
have you tried repetitive moves? clone attack?  only building as many units as you need?  It's not that hard, dude, especially when you're new and are starting small.
Got too much for me durring finals so I just jumped out for 2-3 weeks, what they should have is a vacation mode for the game
Take a look at the "Perpetual Attack" option.  Units using perpetual attack will carry out the same movement every day until you tell them to stop.  Set it once and it will go forever.
I think the 2-3 day or 1 week cycle option is a great idea for a new map.

I do plan on creating a vacation option when I get a chance.

I also really like the idea of a map that runs once a week.  I'll probably create a new one for that soon.
