there is a nation on the map that created two nations and expanded them out, then used one of the nations to take all the land from the second nation without a fight.

this nation is now in the top 20 nations by virtue of the fact that he cheated to get there, and has been allowed to keep his entire land holdings.

i propose that this nation be deleted or reduced to the starting number of squares for a brand new nation. i also ask that the general public support this act as a showing that the players would like to have fun experience instead of being taken advantage of.

Multiple accounts happen all the time, so I usually don't have time to really look into it. I typically just delete the additional accounts and send a warning.

If what you're describing is accurate, then yes, that country should be deleted and forced to restart.

according to my source, underduke performed this act and you were notified of it ten days ago, but only got to it three days ago, and by then, UD's expansionism was nearly complete.

That was just before I left town on a business trip, so I wasn't able to keep up on administration.
