"A request to sign a treaty with your country has been submitted by xxxxxxxx, leader of xxxxxxx.

To accept the treaty, load Global Triumph and view the info of any sector belonging to Super Cool Yellow.  Click the country's name to view its information.  You should then see a link to accept the treaty request.

To reject the treaty, simply ignore the request.  It will expire."

No link appears when I click one of my sectors, my nations name, and then view its information.

I figured out the error in this - you have to click on a sector owned by the nation who sent you the treaty - not one of your own sectors.

Oops!  I accidentally inserted the wrong country name.  I corrected it so that the note now puts the name of the country that requested the alliance.
