I think I'm going to update the game to end a world based on preset conditions. My first thought is that a winner is declared once these two conditions are met:

- At least 75% of the world's sectors are occupied.

- At least 75% of the occupied sectors are owned by a single alliance or player.

If you have any thoughts or feedback, please let me know!
This idea generally makes sense, although perhaps a better way of expressing it on some maps is in terms of raw materials rather than sector count.
